You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to harm others, or to abuse or overload our systems. You must be at least 13 years old to use ZAPIENS. User-generated content (e.g. flashcards, collections) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the service. User-generated content (flashcards, collections, images) must comply with our content policies. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these policies, including content detected as inappropriate by our automated moderation systems.

ZAPIENS uses artificial intelligence to help generate and personalize educational content. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy and recommend verifying important information through additional sources.

ZAPIENS is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Educational content is for general use; we are not liable for decisions made based on it.
