Commitment to diversity and inclusion in learning
At ZAPIENS we believe learning is better when it is open to everyone. This is our public commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equitable access to knowledge.
Learn and share without barriers
We support anyone being able to learn and share knowledge—regardless of background, language, age, identity, ability, or context. Our product exists so that creating, practicing, and sharing collections is an open activity: more voices, more perspectives, and more ways to learn.
A multilingual and accessible product
We work to offer a multilingual and accessible product. The site interface and content are available in multiple languages, and we continue expanding language support. In parallel, we improve accessibility of the site and app (keyboard navigation, contrast, clear structure) so more people can use ZAPIENS comfortably.
How this shows up in the product
We design learning experiences that do not assume a single user profile. We prioritize clarity, flexibility, and different practice modes so each person can find a way to study that works for them. When we find barriers—of language, usability, or access—we treat them as product work, not as exceptions.
Feedback and contact
If you have ideas or find something that limits inclusion or accessibility on ZAPIENS, contact us via the Support (FAQ) page. We listen and, where possible, turn that feedback into improvements.
